Have you ever had a mullet before? Why do you want to get one?

No, I’ve had a tragic childhood where I only knew of its existence a few years ago. I want to get one to raise money for indigenous elders to travel to Perth to educate us through their knowledge of a sustainable environment. In addition, my scarred past and present may be saved by this mullet.

Have you been to SOS or even Perth before? What did you like about it or what are you looking forward to?

I haven’t been to either which is a shame because I’ve heard many people who have gone to SoS have been really enthused by the whole experience resulting in an environment collective at their campus or helping out their local environmental problems. I cannot wait to meet more enviro kids around Australia. As for Perth, it’ll be an interesting journey there.

Tell us about a form of environmental action that excites you.

Jumping myself and my push bike plus a parachute off Parliament house or a tall politician’s house with a banner saying “SHAME on you, JOHNNY” and escape into the distance on my pretty bike.

How do you think climate change and other environmental crises will be addressed by people, if at all? How does this affect your actions to protect the environment?
